Exchanges

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your garments.
• We check that the garments are in its original conditions, unused, unworn,unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original scent of By Juliana Florez.
• Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags andother packaging materials.
• The exchange is made for a garment that is available in stock.
• If the value of the garment for which you want to make the change is higher, thecustomer assumes the difference.
• We do not refund money.
• Does not apply to sale or discount items.
• Does not apply for natural wear damage, inappropriate washing and inadequate.

Procedure for change

• Send an email with SUBJECT: exchange or return.
• Include the reason for the exchange, name of the item, date of purchase, and a photo in case of warranty.
